Dariush and Nicole are the owners and operators of the ranch. Together, they are dedicated to raising healthy American bison and creating a first-class hunting experience built on integrity, hospitality, and respect for the land. From the moment you arrive until your hunt is complete, they'll make sure every detail of your visit is taken care of.
Joining the team is Vahid, our Executive Sales, Marketing & Operations Manager, based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Vahid works closely with hunters throughout the booking process, answers questions, coordinates travel arrangements, and helps ensure every guest enjoys a seamless experience from reservation to departure.

How It Began
American BisonHunt started the way most things worth doing start — slowly, and with deep respect for what came before. Our founder spent years working alongside ranchers and wildlife managers in eastern Washington before ever guiding a single hunt. That foundation shaped everything.
We believe a bison hunt is not a transaction. It is a rite. The animal demands your full attention, your patience, and your honesty. We built this operation to honor that — to offer hunters an experience that is earned, not purchased.

A bison provides an extraordinary amount of meat, hide, and bone. We work with every hunter to ensure the full animal is honored — from field dressing through final processing.
Limited Seasons
We run a small number of guided hunts each year by design. This is not a volume operation. Every hunter who comes through us gets our full attention and the best possible experience.
